Gameplay
Set up
With 3-6 players, begin by having each player fill out their personal dry erase sheet (day planner) using their included dry erase marker. Players can fill out their board with the numbers corresponding to any event in any order they want, so long as no events are repeated. If players wish, they can roll a die with suggestions for another person’s day which they can emulate for variety. The die categories and symbols are marked on the left.
Play
The goal of the game is to make the central play board (Gameboard)’s events fit as closely as possible to your own events, this can be done by strategically placing tiles in locations on the Gameboard which correspond to your own day planner. The person who woke up the earliest that morning may begin and may choose any category card to begin with (obligations, self-care, food or leisure). They will read out the card, which can be one of six different types; powerups, charades challenge, artist challenge, concentration challenge, spectrum challenge, or adversity. It is important that you choose unique and a little more specific answers (draw f.e. pepperoni pizza instead of just pizza). These types of cards and how to win each type will be explained further on. The winner of that round is allowed to place a tile from the same category as the challenge card on the board. This does not have to be in order of the day.
Ending
Once each event tile space on the main game board has been filled, the game is over. Players count their points to see who wins. Players go through each event tile on the board A-L and see if the tile matches their exact tile or tasktype, points are awarded as follows: Same tile in the day planner and board: 3 points, same tasktype in planner and board: 1 point. Players then add up their points according to this formula and add up to their game sum. The player with the most points wins, if two players share an amount of points then they tie for that place.
